GTE is a member of almost any car auctions in Japan. Therefore, you can now buy your dream car from Japan auctions through GTE. Check the Japanese vehicles to be auctioned in comming days with ID and link given below. Select your car and inform us the auction exhibit number by registering. Then we will send the english translation of the Japanese language detail sheet of the vehicle and couple of photos. In addition, average market prices will also be sent. Looking at these details you can decide the price you would like to bid and let us know. Next day we will bid for the vehicle and let you know the result. lf it is too expensive we will look for similar vehicles and send you details.

Port of loading
GTE uses one of three major ports in Japan to ship your vehicle. Osaka, Nagoya or Yokohama. One nearest to the auction house will be used. However, those vehicles shipped by container or need preshipment inspection will be taken to Osaka without any extra charges. And will be shipped from Osaka.

Detailed photos of vehicles
Once the vehicle has been transported to the port yard, photos will be taken and send to you buy email.

Conditions applicable

Full payment is expected within 5 working days by TT (wire transfer) and we should have recieved it within 10 days of puchase. Customer agrees to pay an additional charge of 1% of total price per week for any delays.
These FOB charges are applicable only to RO-RO vessel shipping. Kindly refer below where you will find container shipment charges.
These FOB charges are for normal cars only. An additoinal charge of 3,000 yen is required for vans, 15 seat micro busses and small trucks up to 2 ton. Kindly contact us for FOB charges of all other vehicles
These FOB charges are applicable if the successful bidding price is below 500,000 yen. If the successful bidding price is on or above 500,000 yen, an additional fee of 2% of successful bidding price is required.

FOB Charges
This FOB charge includes all the costs such as inland transport, customs and custom clearance agent fees and documentation charges and auction purchasing fees etc. No any other extra charges. Just add the FOB charge to the successful bidding price and you get the FOB price of the vehicle. Absolutely, 5% consumption tax in Japan is not added.

FOB Price = Successful bidding price + FOB charge
C&F Price = FOB Price + Freight
CIF Price = FOB Price + Freight + Insurance

NOTE: If the successful bidding price is bellow your expected price. The exact successful bidding price is used in calculations. Therefore, most of the time, you pay less than your expected price.

Freight charges
Freight depends on the size of the vehicle, country and port of discharge. Kindly inform the vehicle you would like to buy, country and port of discharge. Then we will inform you the freight in advance. Most of European countries, Australia and New Zealand allows imports on FOB price.

Pre-shipment certification (YEN) charge
Some countries needs preshipment certification. The cost of JAAI or JEVIC certificattion is given bellow. Those customers from the following countries should add the cost of pre-shipment certification to the FOB price.

Shipment by container
All container shipments are effected from Osaka or Nagoya. Up to 4 units loading an additional extra fee of 26,000 yen per unit is neccessry. 5 units loading can also be done in a 40 feet high cube container. We use steel frames and steel wires to ensure the safety of vehicles. For 5 units loading, extra fee is 32,000 yen per unit. If we had to take the container to Kobe for loading to the ship, an extra dreadging fee of 30,000 yen neccessry.
